| Compared with the description of Cidaris nuda in Heinke Schulz, Sea Urchins III, page 887 ff. , the present specimen shows some differences. The colour is not bright white, the diameter is greater and the depth lesser. Senegal is not Cape Verde Islands or Gulf of Guinea but at least the West-African-Coast. | |
